
Season Two Chicken Breasts – Salt, pepper

Grill Chicken, 160-degrees – top w/ your fav bbq-sauce – I use our own, Pemberton Family

Lightly-warm the pineapple chunks

Fresh Chives – chopped – mix lime juice and chives with 1.5 teaspoons of puree’d chipotle peppers with 1/2-cup of mayo

Lightly char tortilla – if you don’t have gas range, you can easily do this on your bbq grill

Cut chicken – put all ingrediants into the tortilla and serve immediately.
