Hm. We were at this dinner too, and “moody” is a weird thing to say since Caris was nothing but gracious and funny! The pairings were well thought out and the food and wine truly complemented eachother – and this was a special night since they served only their best wines, ones not even available for tasting! Anyway, it was yummy all around. We”ve attended other wine dinners that might take a note from theirs.

My husband and I attended both the Wine Makers Dinner and the Valentines Dinner. We loved the interaction between the wine maker and guests. I thought it was cool that she would take the time to come out and visit with the us.
Both dinners were delicious and we didn”t have an issue with cold food. I think that the pairings we perfect!
My husband loves the 04 Cab so he was beyond happy.
Loved the live music on Valentine”s Day. The band they had was a perfect way to set the mood for the night.

food arrived cold. the winemaker / chef seemed very moody.
