Interview with Gary Croze
Gary Croze of Croze and Smith Wooton Wines, is one of the “good guys” in the California wine industry and makes wines as approachable as he is. I had the opportunity to taste his wines this afternoon and would highly encourage you to seek them out and give them a whirl.
A few of his wines which stood out to me as exceptionaly good and I can’t wait to get the chance to spend even more time with Gary’s wines down the road. Those were the following:
Sauvignon Blanc
Rose
Syrah
Port Cab Sauvignon
