On the nose: Black cherries, red clay, peppercorns, baseball mitt, cigar, dark chocolate and red plum.

On the palate: Gorgeous flavors of forest floor, bramble, raspberry, leather, blackened tobacco, cedar, cherries and dark chocolate. A nearly sublime combination of fruit, acid and mouth feel that culminate into a finish that hangs out for months. Drink now or hold for another 10-12 years – a ridiculously great wine for the money.
