The Eroica project is a joint-venture between Chateau Ste. Michelle and world-famous Dr. Loosen of Germany – widely considered the mastermind of Riesling. This is a special wine label for CSM and has done a lot to really showcase how great Washington State Riesling can be.

Technical Data:

  • Total acidity: 0.79g/100ml
  • pH: 3.05
  • Alcohol: 12.5%
  • Residual sugar: 1.64g/100ml
  • Blend: 100% Riesling
  • Price: $22

Nose: Pear, apricot, baking spice, honeysuckle, sandstone, pineapple, chalk and green apple.

Taste: A super crisp-tasting riesling that has insanely nice notes of pear, apple, nutmeg, cinnamon and apricot. Superbly clean mid palate there the flavors of jasmine, stone fruit and river rock kick into play. The finish lingers for months and begs you to tap it again and again.

W.E.P. Rating: 130%
