Nose: Dirty cherries, casis, sour raspberry. licorice and bitter cocoa.
Taste: Cran-cherry, tart licorice, rhubarb and a hint of menthol. Good acids on the mid-palate with plenty of tannin structure to help keep it in-check – also has a finish that lingers well.
