Nose: Cocoa-laced strawberries, white pepper, plums, a little petrol action as well along with wet sand. The smell takes me back to making sand castles on the beach as a kid.
Taste: Bright cherry and strawberry component coming through for me that’s closely followed with a nice lacing of white pepper, Good tannin structure that holds well and doesn’t allow the niec fruit to overpower it. I like finish that lingers which has notes of chocolate, an old leather-bound book and strawberry.
