Interview with Chef Michael Psilakis

Michael has appeared on numerous Food Network shows, including Iron Chef America and Chopped – he owns the only Greek restaurant to ever earn a Michelin Star. I caught up to him at a recent Buick press event in Michigan where we talked about his partnership with Buick as well as his culinary point of view:
