I had the opportunity to fire off a few questions with Mike Sharadin of Northwest Totem Cellars at the recent Taste Washington 2011 event in Seattle:
Great questions! Loved to hear about Cab Franc and Grenache in WA. I loved the “Merlot” line in Sideways (the area I’m from) and was very supportive of the statement prior to consuming solid WA Merlots. I’m excited about Merlot now, but really want it from WA. Cheers!
