On a personal note, I have greatly reduced my intake of carbohydrates over what I had been consuming feel quite better because of it. I also realize I’m not alone in that venture so that is the inspiration of what I had for lunch today.
I took some bacon, baked it in a convection-oven for 20 minutes at 400-degrees or until you reach desired crispness. From there, I simply sliced up a ripe tomato and made a simple guacamole with fresh avocados, lemon-juice and sea salt – a much tastier option over mayonnaise.
