Next time you make home-made Fajitas- try this marinate for your skirt-steak or chicken:
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 Chipotle peppers (more if you like more heat)
- 1 bunch of Cilantro
- 3 Satsuma oranges — squeezed
- 2 Tablespoons of Cumin
- - Salt / pepper
- 1 Tablespoon of Coriander
Blend and then pour over the meat and marinate between 2-4 hours.
