		<description>It&#039;s wonderful when a food celebrity gets behind changing school foodservice. I worked for the NYC School Lunch Program a very long time and the politics were ridiculous. The biggest concern was keeping the cost down and using the US commodities, cheese, butter, etc. Are we not concerned with our children&#039;s health?</description>
