Columbia Winery & Sweet Decadence of Newcastle present an interactive class that will indulge and delight your chocolate senses. This experience will heighten your knowledge of working with chocolate as well as explore wine pairing with chocolate. Learn how artesian chocolateers create beautiful dipped chocolate fruit and dark, rich truffles. Take home over a quarter pound of chocolate!

With Columbia Winery’s Taste of Red event fast approaching, Wine Educator, Dr. Steve Vernon, will give you a preview of that event. The evening will focus on red wine production and well as involve tasting through a series of Columbia Winery’s premium single-vineyard red varietals. Participants will take away their own aroma wheel and personal tasting notes, as well as winemaker tasting notes for comparison.
