When I went to the “Sip of Snoqualmie” on Saturday night, I ran into what was, quite frankly, my favorite thing from that event – and it wasn’t anybody’s wine – it was Smoked Cheddar to die for.
The husband & wife team of Kauzlarich Smoked Products produce what is hands-down, the best smoked cheddar I’ve ever had – period. It was my first time trying cheese that is “hot smoked’ – meaning they smoke it up to the temperature where the middle starts to get a touch on the gooey side. This method allows the smokey-goodness to speep all the way into the cheese.

I’d really encourage cheese-lovers everywhere to give them a shot – Chef Traci will have a review of this cheese and the smoked salmon they do – very soon.
