Happy New Year! As I look out my window here at the winery, I see ominous clouds, which promise some much-needed rain to help the dormant vines. After two (dare I mention the “D” word?) consecutive drought years, we can ill-afford yet another. Yet, as I look at those clouds, I am optimistically noting their silver lining, and that is this: We are riding a string of excellent vintages here on Spring Mountain that has never been seen before.

And what does one do with a string of excellent vintages? We put together a six-year vertical collection of our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, package it in a commemorative wooden case, and offer them to our friends for a special price! The case includes twelve bottles, two each of the 2000 through 2005 vintages, and comes in a limited wooden box.
