Join Seghesio’s pit team, our custom built pit BLAZE , and our special guests — the rising stars of Texas BBQ — the Salt Lick BBQ pit crew.  Enjoy pulled pork sliders, slow-cooked spicy ribs, and grilled sausages along with Tequila grilled shrimp.  We’ll feature our single vineyard Zinfandels and you’ll meet the farmers behind these special sites.  Also, check out our second smoker FLAME , custom built by Klose BBQ in Houston Texas.  Rock the day away with live music from Texas Steve and the Git Gone Trio .
